Service Agreement & Terms

• Wash, Dry & Fold: $2.00 per pound
• Minimum Order: $35 per pickup

Final pricing is based on weight once received and processed. I'm happy to weigh it when I arrive — just ask!

• Please have your laundry bagged and ready at your scheduled pickup time.
• You do not need to be home — just leave it outside in a safe, visible spot.
• Your clean laundry will be returned in clear, organized bags within 24–48 hours.

If you'd like certain items returned on hangers:

• Place them in a separate bag
• Include your own hangers
• Clearly mark the bag "Hang Dry"

If hangers are not provided, items will be neatly folded instead.

Please contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup to cancel or reschedule. Missed pickups may incur a small fee to cover travel time.

We do our best to care for your items as if they were our own. However, we are not responsible for damage due to:

• Improper care labels
• Manufacturer defects
• Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, makeup, gum)

Please separate or label delicate, dry-clean-only, or specialty items in advance.

• You won't be charged at booking. We invoice after your laundry is picked up, sorted, and weighed.
• Payment is due prior to or at the time of delivery.
• Accepted forms: credit/debit via online invoice or manual payment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we encounter:

• Unsanitary or unsafe laundry (e.g., excessive pet waste, infestations)
• Items outside our service scope (e.g., rugs, dry-clean-only items, etc.)
